June 29th 2009 Day One Canoe Trip

9:00 Meet at Mara Provincial Park

9:30 Into canoes and on our way

10:00 Refreshment Break (light snacks for energy)

12:00 Meal Prayer

12:05 Lunch break (1/2 hr break w/bagged lunch)

12:30 Continue on with canoe trip

2:00 Refreshment break

3:30 Arrive at Sicamous Public beach
